So what has been your experience with Dr. Brusovanik and his staff?
Well, the staff has been amazing. I spoke to young lady that answered the cell phone. Her name was Reena and I am 72 years old and all the years that I have been going to doctors’ offices or contacted the doctors’ offices, I have never had the reception that she gave me. She was polite. I was not immediately put on a hold and had to walk hold 20 to 30 minutes that is the usual when you call doctor’s office. I was not put on hold many times. I was never put on hold. She took care of me. Not only that, but she spoke highly of the whole organization of the doctor which is unusual. Usually, the staff is disconnected from the doctor at times I think anyway. So, it was the most pleasant experience that I have ever had in a phone call, to initiating the phone call to a doctor’s office for my first appointment.
