Maria is our dedicated surgical coordinator with over 25 years of experience in orthopedic spine care. Her extensive knowledge and expertise make her an invaluable asset to our team. Maria plays a crucial role in coordinating and scheduling spine surgeries, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care. She works closely with patients to accommodate their individual needs, helping them navigate the complexities of preoperative and postoperative planning. Maria’s compassionate approach and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every step of the surgical process is smooth and stress-free for our patients. She is also a key liaison between the surgical team and patients, providing clear communication and support throughout the entire journey.

Jonathan has been part of our team since 2017. He does more of our behind the scenes work with answering phones, scheduling patients, and assisting where needed.

Ahmed Bosh is the dedicated social media manager at Miami Back and Neck Specialists, where he remotely oversees the practice’s online presence, ensuring effective communication with the audience. In addition to managing social media, Ahmed continues to serve as the clinic’s remote scribe, leveraging his clinical experience to enhance content and support documentation processes. Although he no longer works as a medical assistant, his background in patient care and clinical operations since 2020 equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare environment.
