ABOUT Lumbar Fusion
The history of lumbar fusions is a long one, but what has happened over the past ten years is we’ve learned to sneak into the spine either from the side, or through very, very small incisions. By limiting injuring the muscles, we’re able to accomplish the goal of the operation without having the patient pay with months and months of pain and rehab.
